簡介
UV radiation
Ultraviolet radiation, designation for electromagnetic radiation with afrequency higher than that of visible light. The wavelength of UVradiation lies within the region of 4 – 400 nm. Beside visible light,excited particles in plasma also emit UV radiation, which sometimescontributes strongly to the activating and cleaning effect of plasma,especially in the treatment of organic material.
